Halloween adventures in Hershey-Harrisburg

The air has turned crisp and nightfall comes a bit earlier … the perfect recipe for spooky Halloween adventures.

Halloween in Hershey is in full effect! From roller coaster rides and trick-or-treating for the kids to Creatures of the Night at ZooAmerica, there is plenty to see and do this year.

Trick-or-Treating starts at Hershey’s Chocolate World Attraction and continues inside Hersheypark in Treatville.

For a truly thrilling ride, board Lightning Racer, Wildcat or the Comet for an exhilarating coaster ride in the dark!

Bring the whole family to Hersheypark Camping Resort for Spooky Weekend, including Creatures of the Night animal visits, Halloween crafts, glow walk, site decorating contest, pumpkin judging, scarecrow contest, candy scramble, costume contest and a Trick or Treat Trail.

At The Hershey Store, The Museum on Chocolate Ave check out the Trick or Treat Time Machine — or visit the Chocolate Lab for a Chocolate Cobweb Creations Class or Build a Batty Bar Class.

On Oct. 25, enjoy a special Witches Brew Tea at the Hershey Lodge.

Antique Automobile Club of America Museum (AACA) in Hershey is hosting Haunting Halloween Happenings this October — plus, don’t miss their annual Trunk or Treat event on Oct. 26.

Hoo-hoo! Check out the annual Halloween Owls program at Ned Smith Center for Nature and Art on Oct. 26, featuring  live owls from Penn State University’s Shaver’s Creek Environmental Learning Center.

Enjoy a spooky visit to the John Harris-Simon Cameron Mansion with the guided Ghost Tour through the mansion on Nov. 1.
