The event begins with a welcome reception on Friday featuring our Napa vs Sonoma Throw Down & Trinchero’s “Aroma Wheel of Fortune.”
On Saturday morning, enjoy a hands-on Cooking Class and Lunch preparation with Hilton Chefs, including artfully paired wines and pairing tips.
Leisure time offers options for extra education, relaxation or MORE wine.
Also on Saturday, check out the Component Tasting & the Big 6. Think about wine from a Chef’s perspective. You will deconstruct wine to five basic elements and then apply those to the Big 6 tasting.
Plus you can’t miss the BYOB Seminar. No, not bring your own bottle, but “Build Your Own Bordeaux.” You will sniff and swirl with the best and create your own Meritage using single vineyard Bordeaux varietals.
Pair your blend with the winemaker’s blend at the Members 1st Wine Dinner and see how you fare!
The weekend concludes with a Sunday morning send-off brunch will end this educational and relaxing weekend.
