The Historical Society of Millersburg – Upper Paxton Township houses the Millersburg Museum, as well as the Millersburg Train Station, which is available for small group functions.
A site plan has been approved by the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources to create a recreational park on Fort Halifax. Archeological excavations are currently underway to locate the site of the original French and Indian War fort.
